I’m Sam. Welcome to Streamlined Studio. Why Streamlined? Because I believe in less, but better.

 

Wherever possible, I’m all about concentrating our efforts into just the chosen few. Getting more bang for buck. Keeping it simple.

After a meteoric start working the cash registers at Target back in the day, I spent over 20 years in community and health settings (think: aged care, retirement living, general practice, mental health, and disability services).

​

There, I've been involved in a rather wide and, admittedly, somewhat motley selection of functions — administration, finance, business development, partnerships, quality and accreditation (yes, I thrive on variety).

But my love of marketing & communications, and all the creative stuff that goes with these is mostly where I'm at these days. Hence, Streamlined Studio: a one-woman marketing agency that seeks to tell my clients' stories through words, pictures and web-magic 🪄, helping them stand out so they can do more of what they do. In a very organised fashion, of course.

Work with me

I work with sole traders and small to medium businesses. My clients value integrity, making a positive difference, and have a good sense of humour (yes: so far, so cliche but what can I say? It's all true).

​

I generally operate as an all-in-one planner and doer which means you don't necessarily need to co-ordinate multiple people and functions to gather momentum. However, I do play nicely with others (cross my heart).

​

Streamlined Studio marketing packages start at a half day per week, with a minimum 3 month timeframe. We catch up (usually online) on a fortnightly basis to keep everything ticking along nicely.

​

Within that package, we work on a range of marketing and communications activities — including, if you wish, a complete review and analysis of your current situation and developing a plan for the time we'll be working together (and beyond).

Sam was such a valued and integral part of our small business start up, she became a verb!

​

As we developed as a business we learnt new skills and Sam met us where we were at.

​

To us at Walky Talky Baby, “to Sam” something will always mean to create something witty, beautiful and efficient as all Sam’s work for us has been.

What a great duo, Chiara and Alison have been friends since uni. Alison is a physiotherpist (the walky). Chiara is a speech pathologist (the talky). And, amongst many other things, they both love working with babies.

​

These amazing ladies had a strong vision for what they were launching with Walky Talky Baby — we got together because they needed some assistance with the tech part, a bit on the planning phase (although these women are consummate doers(!) and a little pinch of the creative. Once we got those basics in place, they were well on their way; today, they manage the whole thing themselves and they're going great guns.

​

What we worked on:

  • Freshened up initial website - tidied up the theme, images and added SEO.

  • Copywriting (reviewed and proofed website, membership site, and eBooks, created copy for online membership sales funnels) .

  • Graphic design of 3 x eBooks plus all imagery needed for website and membership product.

  • Planned and executed online membership launch.

  • Set up online membership product.

  • Set up product sales funnels.

  • Set up opt-in and welcome email sequence.

  • Set up email mini-course with funnel.

Sam has been instrumental in the building of our business.

​

She understands the needs of her clients and is quick to interpret ideas given and transform them into authentic brand solutions that have come to truly reflect our business.

Pam and Chris, Love Live Mentoring

Pam and Chris were in the midst of developing their very heart-centred business that focussed on mentoring in an empathic and mindful way, but getting a little stuck on their branding and website (aren't we all?)

​

They've now gone on to other adventures but I'll always look back with a big smile over what we created.

​

What we worked on:

  • Undertook a wholescale review and analysis of their existing brand and marketing.

  • Created a new brand look for new business name (although they'd been through a branding process previously, it just wasn't sitting quite right with them) along with new logo and styles.

  • Created business cards.

  • Created a new website based on branding.

  • Copywriting (website, eBook)

  • Designed opt-in (eBook) and created accompanying email welcome sequence.

  • Set up email mini-course with funnel.

  • Copywriting and design of workshop flyer.

  • Set up Acuity Scheduling for online bookings and payments.
